Ehsan Khan, DPM, is a certified podiatrist providing advanced foot and ankle services at MedCare. He earned his Bachelor of Science in bioengineering from Virginia Tech before completing his doctorate at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in Chicago, Illinois, in 2015.

Following his education, Dr. Khan underwent a comprehensive three-year residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at Hunter Holmes McGuire Veterans Administration Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia. During this time, he served as chief resident, gaining extensive experience in surgical procedures such as total ankle replacement, bunion correction, and plantar fascia release. Additionally, Dr. Khan honed his skills in wound care, hospital inpatient care, and outpatient clinical care.

Throughout his career, Dr. Khan has been actively involved in professional associations, including the American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the American Podiatric Medical Association. He has participated in numerous conferences and health screenings, demonstrating his commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements in podiatric medicine.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Khan enjoys various recreational activities such as cricket, table tennis, and badminton. He also relishes spending time outdoors and exploring the culinary world with his wife. Together, they take pleasure in discovering the vibrant city of Richmond during their leisure time and are proud parents to two young children.
